Home Instead East will be providing a Dementia Bus from 10am to 4pm, offering visitors the chance to step into the shoes of someone living with dementia.

Visitors to the Norfolk & Norwich Hospitals Charity will be able to help bandage Mo, a recently adopted panda mascot and raffle tickets will be available to purchase to support additional accommodation for parents to stay near their children while they are being treated in the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital, and learn about the organ donor register with NHS Blood and Transplant.

Hear care group Specsavers will offer free hearing tests, as well as demonstrating the effects of hearing loss and benefits of hearing aids. It will also exhibit hearing protection systems for work and leisure, including agricultural, shooting and motorsports.

You can also find out about Medequip’s Community Equipment Loan Service, which provides arrange of equipment to help people live independently.

And Melissa Neisler Dickinson, founder of Menopause Vitamin Company, will be available to discuss anything related to perimenopause and menopause while showcasing her new all-in-one nutritional menopause supplement. “I hope the Health and Wellbeing Village will be a friendly hub for people of all genders and ages to find practical solutions to feel their best, including those going through perimenopause and menopause.”
